"Favorite things about WGLM: Each morning our National Anthem is played. Monday through Friday morning shows are family-friendly, meaning no crass banter. I listen with my granddaughter and never have to worry about something inappropriate be said. Finding humor in the crazy things people do in the "Sad Sap Stories" are a little gem! The contests/giveaways are sponsored by local businesses. I have been fortunate enough to win a few times, and it is fun to shop locally and the Disney on Ice event was amazing! The interviews of local events, such as blood drives are informative and timely. All the DJs are friendly and have played some tunes I've requested and a couple have mentioned my granddaughter by name and she beamed, she felt very special!"
